Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion/prize draw is open to customers who are aged 18 or over and are residents of the UK who visit the Project Solar UK stand at Grand Designs Live between 2nd – 4th October 2026. All entries received after 31st October 2026 are automatically disqualified.
  2. Employees of PSUK, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
  3. Promotional Prize Wheel
  4. Eligible participants who visit the Project Solar UK stand during the promotional period and comply with any stated entry requirements will be entitled to one (1) spin of the promotional prize wheel.
  5. The promotional prize wheel contains twelve (12) sections comprising the following prizes:
  6. 2 x £250 Discount Voucher
  7. 2 x £500 Discount Voucher
  8. 2 x £1,000 Discount Voucher
  9. 2 x Free EV Charger with Installation
  10. 2 x Entry into the Free Solar System Prize Draw
  11. 2 x Spin Again
  12. Prizes will be awarded at random based on where the prize wheel comes to rest.
  13. Winners will be provided with a physical voucher containing a QR code directing them to the designated Grand Designs Live landing page.
  14. Participants may also submit their details via the devices available at the Project Solar UK stand. By submitting their details, participants acknowledge that they may receive marketing communications from Project Solar UK in accordance with the privacy notice presented at the point of data collection. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  15. All prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative shall be available unless expressly stated otherwise.
  16. Project Solar UK reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
  17. Prize Redemption
  18. To redeem any prize awarded through the promotional prize wheel, participants must:
  19. submit an enquiry through the designated Grand Designs Live landing page using the QR code provided; and
  20. present their original voucher at the time of their quotation appointment and/or contract signing, as applicable.
  21. Discount vouchers may only be applied to a qualifying purchase made directly with Project Solar UK and cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount, offer or promotion unless expressly agreed by Project Solar UK.
  22. Any discount voucher awarded shall be applied at the quotation or contract stage and has no cash value.
  23. Participants who receive an “Entry into the Free Solar System Prize Draw” prize shall be automatically entered into the separate prize draw upon completion of the entry requirements specified on the landing page.
  24. Project Solar UK reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before awarding or redeeming any prize and may withhold any prize where a participant has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  25. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  26. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails customercare@projectsolar.com within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the customercare@projectsolar.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  27. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  28. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If participants to this promotion wish to take court action, they must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.
  29. Voucher Validity
  30. All vouchers must be redeemed by 31st January 2027 unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
  31. Vouchers that are lost, damaged, copied, altered or expired will not be accepted.
  32. Only one voucher may be redeemed per qualifying purchase

  1. Entry Into The Prize Draw
  2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  3. Upon purchase of a solar system from Project Solar UK Limited between 00.00 GMT on 2nd October 2026 to 23.59 GMT on 31st January 2027 you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. A confirmed purchase means your system order has been fully accepted by Project Solar. This includes a deposit paid in full and a completed install has taken place. Incomplete or pending orders will not be eligible.
  4. One winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process before 5th February 2027
  5. Each winner will receive a full refund of their solar system purchase price (up to the maximum value of £15000)
  6. The winners will be notified by telephone (using details provided at purchase of solar system) on the following day of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  7. If the winner originally purchased their solar system in cash, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of the winner being confirmed. If the winner made their purchase under a finance or a leasing option, the winner could receive the refund via their bank account, or payment can be made directly to their finance/leasing provider.
  8. If the winner elects to have the refund provided to their finance/leasing provider, the refund will be applied directly to their outstanding balance. If the refund does not cover the full remaining balance, the customer will continue to pay the remaining amount as per their original finance/lease terms. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure payment to the finance/leasing provider does not have any implications under their contract, for example, trigger an early termination fee, or lose other benefits provide under the agreement.
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.   13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  14. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
